By browsing scalesaas.digital or booking a consultation with ScaleSaaS Digital, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a session.

Services described on this site
Pages describing consultations, rates, and session flow are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a session fee and time in writing (email is sufficient). We do not custody digital assets, execute stakes, or operate an exchange.
No investment advice guarantee
Planning schedules and yield ranges are educational planning materials based on information you provide and on public protocol documentation available at the time of the session. They are not a promise of profit, a securities offering, or personalized investment advice licensed under every jurisdiction. You remain responsible for decisions you make at your own wallet.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and graphics on this site belong to ScaleSaaS Digital or their respective owners. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Session notes delivered to you are for your personal planning use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the contact form to send unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the site, or impersonate ScaleSaaS Digital. You must not submit private keys, seed phrases, or other secret wallet material through any channel we operate.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, ScaleSaaS Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from market price changes, validator downtime, protocol changes, or actions you take after a session. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid consultation is limited to the fees you paid for that consultation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from consultations booked through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
