Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid planning consultations offered by ScaleSaaS Digital (Staking Yield Planning Session, Lockup Return Review, Portfolio Lockup Mapping, and Validator Choice Briefing). We do not sell physical goods, software licenses, or subscription access.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to session fees you paid to ScaleSaaS Digital. Market losses on crypto assets, missed rewards, or protocol changes after a session are not refundable events — those outcomes sit outside the consultation deliverable.

Full refund

You receive a full refund if:

• You cancel in writing (email to info@scalesaas.digital) at least 48 hours before the confirmed session start time, and no substantial preparatory work has been delivered; or
• We cancel the session and cannot offer a suitable replacement time within 14 days.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 48 and 12 hours before the session, we may retain up to 30% of the fee to cover reserved desk time, and refund the remainder. If preparatory notes were already sent to you before cancellation, we may retain a fair portion reflecting that work (communicated before we process the refund).

Non-refundable items

• Sessions completed and notes delivered as agreed
• No-shows without notice
• Deposits where the session proceeded as scheduled
• Third-party costs you incur independently (your own travel, printing, or network fees)

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rule above, or we may charge a ₩40,000 calendar fee at our discretion.

Work already started

If mapping or briefing preparation has begun with your consent (for example, draft calendars emailed before the sitting) and you then cancel, we will describe the completed portion and propose either a partial refund or credit toward a later session.

Deposits

When a deposit holds a Portfolio Lockup Mapping slot, the deposit is applied to the final fee. If you cancel inside the partial-refund window, deposit treatment follows the partial-refund rules. If you no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

Refund process and timing

Email info@scalesaas.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your booking time, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
