Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, optional consultation type, and message content
• Email or phone inquiries: the address or number you use and the content of your request
• Session records: notes needed to deliver a consultation you booked (protocol names, stake amounts you volunteer, lock dates)
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through essential or analytics cookies as described in our Cookies page

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or full wallet seed backups. Please do not send them.

Purpose and legal basis

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver consultations, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where consent is required (for example, non-essential cookies), we request it through the cookie banner.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Paid session notes and invoices are retained for up to 5 years to satisfy accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data retained via cookies follows the durations listed on the Cookies page.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Korean law or to protect the rights and safety of clients and staff.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps appropriate under Korean privacy requirements, including contractual safeguards with the processor. You may contact us for more detail about specific transfers.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@scalesaas.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

Children

This site and our consultations are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.

Changes

We will post updates to this policy with a revised date. Material changes affecting active clients will also be noted by email when practical.
